Medappara is a village in the Kozhikode district, located in the southeast of Poovaranthode and east of Ottaplavu. It is 38 kilometers east of the Kozhikode district headquarters and 17 kilometers from Koduvally. From a distance, the mountain looks like an elephant. You have to walk in the forest for about 2 hours to reach this place.
