Thondaman Fort is one of the most beautiful places in Idukki,Kerala. There is no place on tourism map, where people can enjoy the beauty of nature without any breaks. Thondaman was the ruler of the Tamil Dynasty who ruled in Pudukottai, Tamil Nadu. The Thundangan King came to the edge of  Tamil Nadu and Kerala to save the enemy from the invasions and invading of the country. A large fort built around this habitation is here. Then the entire wealth of the royal family was hid in a rocky bar. It 's not a good idea, but it' s just a matter of time before you leave the room .That 's a good idea. That is why the hills where the treasure located is called 'Kadakpalameedu' and the fort has been named 'Thondaman Fort'.
